    Raising an eyebrow on flexibility. Not on the flexibility of the muscles, but on the flexibility of the joints. And here is why: calcification!
    One of the yogis I know is 100 years old and he looks like in his forties, even he had a traffic accident and gone through cancer, which resulted with a few vertebrates and some internal organs taken out. He would say the flexibility of the joints is a key measure of health. His yoga includes tones of joint movements, to fight against calcification.
    He is definitely an anti-aging expert in my eyes because he really looks like 40.

    Hello smart forum people,

    I am hoping someone can help cuz I am very confused.

    I am sure I heard on multiple previous podcasts the ideal after workout protocol was to jump into a hot sauna and avoid a cold tub. The idea being you wanted to keep a bit of the post workout inflammation and generate a bunch of heat shock proteins.However, in this podcast, Ben talks about jumping into cold right after a heavy workout??

    Up until now, I would do light cardio in the morning, then cold tub for five to ten minutes to try and dampen any inflammation. Heavy lifting in the late afternoon and then sauna right after.

    Do I have this completely bass ackwards?!?

      No, you’re on the right track. A brief cold soak isn’t going to quell the beneficial inflammatory response. A long ice bath would though.

    Wearing masks can be harmful for those with anemias. They already have lower blood oxygen levels than normal to begin with and wearing masks drops it even lower to the point they can pass out! Ben Lynch just covered this on a FB live talk yesterday, recommending those with anemias to NOT wear masks for this very reason.

      Organic Pipe Tobacco. It isn’t subject to high tax (in my country) and greatly lower pesticides. Put it in a herb vapouriser and vape away!

    2. I get mine from a company called Lucy. They sell lozenges. Then I break the lozenge into fourths. Giving me 1mg each dose. I take that in morning before work and am laser focused
