Hi, Ben. I have been reading your blog for north of 9 years, but lo and behold, I only started listening to podcasts a few months ago. I remember getting email links to podcasts and thinking, “what the hell is this?” Joke was on me….this is the ultimate way to create product time in the car on any commute!
I heard mention of hybrid athletes in this podcast, and when I went to check out juggernaught, I realized its hybrid for weight training and power lifting, not what I was looking for.
As a long time lover of endurance AND weight lifting, I find it difficult to balance the two. I have also read some fairly compelling information that leads me to believe (and my body is evidence to some degree), that it can be very hard to really tone the glutes/legs when running long due to fat storage of the most-oft utilized muscles….especially for women.
Any thoughts? Maybe you could dedicate a podcast to this and/or recommend some reference sites/books.

I have a question about IF. You mentioned that by having coffee or supplements during a fast can mess up the fast. If I take activated charcoal on an empty stomach (detox) during a fast, will this interrupt the fast?
Do you have a recommendation for a program for a Sprint Interval for Fat Loss using either the
SkiErg, Assault Bike, or Concept 2 Rower? (Reps, Sets, Frequency)
(Or maybe even all 3? They all seem like good methods for Sprints)
