My Eye-Enhancing Secret Sauce From The Amazon
During my last two Q&A podcasts (425 and 426), I talked about how I’ve been experimenting with Sananga eye drops. Sananga, sourced from the root bark of a shrub native to Brazil and Peru, has been used by traditional Amazonian tribespeople to sharpen night vision, balance and focus the mind, enhance spiritual connection, and more.

…I pop a nicotine lozenge or gum, then take three huffs of Zen spray (another Amazonian plant medicine) to each nostril, and then put in three drops of Sananga into each eyeball (kind of near the corner of the eye). I hold my eyes open as wide as possible until the burn subsides. I can crush a workout or long afternoon of productive office work with this stack, and it’s quite ideal for the late afternoon or early evening, because it doesn’t seem to interfere with my sleep. In fact, I’ve noticed that the Sananga actually gives me more lucid dreams, which is kind of interesting. I’m definitely going to keep delving into what I can do with Sananga for more workout optimization, general well-being, and spiritual growth.
