Do you have questions, comments, or feedback for myself or Robb? Leave your thoughts below and one of us will reply.
dude, you clearly are not paleo and clueless about Robb Wolf.. sustainable raising of cows remediates the soil that factory farming crickets or printing artificial food or loading us to the Metaverse never will… if anyone scratches the surface about solar or electric vehicles and other modern high tech solutions meant to replace traditional or well established methods, the new globalist approved methods are known to harm vulnerable countries and ecosystems and be inefficient and unsustainable when the battery runs out.. But the self satisfied dingbats will continue to destroy civilization, humanity and the earth because someone else told them it was for the best.
Enjoy eating your bugs … and while the first bathes won’t have chitten and antenneas after everyone is forced to live off bugs, and know cockroaches, lice and ticks are on the list.. do you think they are going to be so careful to provide us with the best parts of the bugs that are healthiest for our digestive system? start at 33:01 , this consumer advocate of over 2o years describes “food” plans by the globalists, where only cat meat and human flesh failed to be included in the list. Ticks and lice, possom, whales and dolphins were… And apparently chitin helps graphene oxide perform some additional nano tech functions, too..

Ben, are you concerned about the effect of nicotine gum on potentially damaging the cardiovascular system?
It has proven to narrow the blood vessels. Perhaps at low doses (2mg) this isn’t a concern?
I hope it does not do this as it keeps helps me focus.
All the best!
I realize some studies find there is no link to heart disease, yet it constricts blood vessels? i tend to get pins and needles while using it. Would just appreciate your opinion if you have one
This would be a great question to call into the podcast… https://www.speakpipe.com/bengreenfield
In regard to my last comment, I actually found out a great, inexpensive protocol to administer nicotine in a safe and sweetener-free way if you’re interested. You can buy a 120 ml bottle of 50 mg/ml nicotine USP in vegetable glycerine from wizardlabs.us for $9.99. Since nicotine is well absorbed through the dermis, you can administer 1-2 drops to the skin and rub it in. 1 drop = ~3 mg nicotine, 20 drops per ml, so INFINITELY more cost-effective than any other form. “The more you know!” *star flies across the screen*
Just be careful of spillage. Wear gloves just in case. Spill it on your skin and nicotine overdose is eminent.
Hey Ben – Name’s Brian
So I’ve been experimenting with Nicotine gum recently, but I’m not used to artificial sweeteners (it contains Xylitol, Ace K, and Sorbitol…Which I know the first and last are sugar alcohols), and it seems to bother my stomach. Plus I just don’t want the sweet taste in my mouth as Im normally Keto and ive noticed my cravings increased since chewing.
My question is: Ive looked into all other options, but all options designed for oral consumption have some sort of sweetener. The patch is expensive and I dont want nicotine released into my system for 16 hours.
Do you think I can buy concentrated nicotine in vegetable glycerin designed for e-cigs, but just take 1-2 drops sublingually or orally to get the desired effect? Since vegetable glycerin is a common sweetener, I saw no issue with this, but I just want to make sure. Thanks.
Ben,
I have an Oura Ring, and on most nights I am getting good total sleep and REM sleep. However, I frequently get only a short amount of deep sleep.
I am using SleepStream to play sleep binaural beats, and leave that playing all night. That might help with falling asleep and maybe REM, but does that binaural beat maybe interfere with deep sleep? Should I only play the binaural beats for 20-30 minutes and shut if off? How long do you play the binaural beats for?
Acutally looking through SleepSteam, under Sleep there is an option for Sleep and an option for Deep Sleep. Wouldn’t it be cool if the ring could tell the phone to change the binaural beat when I get into Deep Sleep so I could stay there longer…
Many people have electromagnetic sensitivity and it is recommended all keep devices outside of the room. If you need music have a cd player and use a remote. Make sure all lights are out of the room. Have only incandescent light bubls as led and florescent disrupt our bodies.
They are referring to MXEL Boost in the episode.
Thank you !
How do you feel about nicotine patches compared to the gum? I’m in the UK and can only get the nicorette type gum with all the additives.
Higher potential for addiction with the patches…
Robb, you should also investigate sampling your paddocks for mineral deficiency. We do every 3-4 years and apply the requisite minerals in elemental (non-soluble) form. She thinks that’s best. We graze mostly cattle so our pasture is sown in crop for them. We have never applied any N in 25 years. A good foliar EM or seaweed spray might be good. Any sheep that come on adjisment just have to cope. Not sure what goats like… everything in one’s garden, I hear. Good luck.
Hi Ben, wondering what yours and Robb’s thoughts are on nicotine and insulin resistance?
Do you take the gum every day? Are you cycling it at all?
Do you have research showing it affects insulin resistance? Feel free to post…I only use about twice a week right now in "times of need"…e.g. bad sleep.
Great episode, Ben with the dexcom 5, is there any concern with EMF / Bluetooth radiation with the implant? Seems like that stuff as potential cellular disruptors can be of concern? Just curious because I actually would be interested in that. I think really honing in on which foods cause which response is a great piece of info. I’m a firefighter so aside from dealing with sleep/stress stuff, I have some gut issues & I’m very into training yet have trouble leaning out. I think dialing in the foods& controlling the things I can control would be huge
dexcom is low EMF!
I love my electric break fences, Couldn’t farm without them. Hell, the wire 15cms above the ground keeps the chooks out of the garden.
Robb, Sounds like you need to do some top work on your paddocks and sow a herbal ley that will work in your area. We have white and red clover, chickory, plantain, fescue, some regress, timothy and cocksfoot. Rye grass grow in the winter and cocksfoot laughs at droughts. Gotta keep up the breaks as they love the regrowth, especially clover. Amazing how picky they are.
Just getting home from a fortnight away… Betty and Rex (lambs) will not be pleased to see me. Too cold for blowflies so it’s a good time to hang meat in the tractor shed. I’ll have a very attentive audience; Joe and Sky will be keen for scraps.
Nicotine will weaken your teeth!!! My dentist ordered me to stop putting nicotine into my body & now my teeth are like marble! It breaks down calcium.
Great to hear Robb Wolf on your podcast. I’m a long time follower of both of his and your’s podcast. I’ve been using nicotine gum since I first heard Robb mention it on his podcast. It is one of the only nootropic/smartdrugs that works for me. I’m going give his nootropic stack a try. In the past none of the racitams have worked for me.
It’s interesting that nicotine gum is becoming popular here. I lived in Japan in the 1990’s and one of the ingredients in the BLACK BLACK gum was nicotine. I never tried it but now I know that it might have benefited me. Were the Japanese on to something or were they just trying to keep smokers addicted to nicotine! Great podcast!!
Hi Ben,
Just spent two hours looking through my Promethease report… Fascinating! Thanks for that!
Any particular reason you opt for nicotine gum instead of patches?
Hello sir,
Thanks for all the great information you provide, much appreciated.
I have a quick question regarding nicotine gum. I’m an older(46)recreational pugilist and I spar once a week, mostly for the thrill. I’m always looking for a little boost in energy. Is nicotine gum worth trying and if so how much should I start with do you think?
Thanks
James
2g. I recommend this stuff: https://amzn.to/1Tyrrw5
He means 2mg, 2g would kill you!
I highly recommend anyone who is into gardening to check out this minimalist “gardening bible”. It is from 1983 but it is called “The Joy of Gardening” by Dick Raymond. I have had ridiculous yields from tiny gardens with less than 15minutes of work per day. His methods avoid the requirement for weeding, and maximize yield for amount of work that you put in to your garden. Also really good recommendations for symbiotic companion planting to repel pests using plant biology, appropriate soil preparation for specific types of plants and seed distribution methods.
Were you able to find anything on Mixel Boost? I wasnt finding any good results from googling it.
mxel.com is all i have found thus far.
I think I’m going to go down the rabbit hole with the 23andme & promethease reports that I got yesterday. Here is another cool article about increased longevity.
http://rockstarresearch.com/increase-longevity-an…
Turns out, there is a gene for that as well. Who would’ve thought? haha
Amazing episode!! I checked those genes, and apparently any exercise and any diet works for me :) So that was good to find out!! Thank you for that! I wanna find out more articles like that so I can find out more about myself haha :)
I couldn’t find Mixel boost :/ I couldn’t see it on the show notes, were you able to hunt it down?
