1) The Coconut Probiotic (New Earth Superfoods) is absolutely amazing and helping my wife with her colitis. Thank you and Aubrey!
2) Do you know the name of the specific strain of probiotic that Aubrey also uses that helps with colitis? I couldn’t find it again in the podcast.
Hey Ben,
Couple questions/concerns about those nicotine tooth picks.
1. Seems like there are alot of other chemicals in them. Do they all check out as natural/healthy? I assume you’ve already done the research so I was hoping to save time
2. Looks like all of these toothpicks 3mg. Seems like alot for someone who’s just starting/not trying to get addicted. Would you recommend cutting them up in thirds so I only get 1mg at a time? Also, how long do they usually last? Not seeing alot of info out there about dosing for the nootropic effect.
I don't necessarily profess them to be 100% healthy, and yes, you can use them as 1/3-2/3 at a time rather than the whole thing. I only really use them about once every 3-4 days with a cup of coffee. Not "perfectly healthy" but a good pick me up.
A company called pixotine offers toothpicks with no artificial sweeteners if your interested. The only ingredients in the original flavor are nicotine and vegetable glycerin. Unfortunately thought they aren’t on amazon, but they ship pretty quickly.
Ben, I’d love to take a look at some of the research that drove you to use the nicotine toothpicks. Any links would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for all that you do.
Hey! I know another awesome coconut yogurt that is also available at Erewhon. The brand is Living Cultures- http://livingculturessuperfoods.com
They were one of the first on the market. A couple from Santa Cruz makes these in small batches and sells a few places in CA. They really know their stuff!
Hi Ben
would you please name 3 or more cool to live in neighborhoods in Spokane?

Ben – is snug healthy?
I wouldn't say healhy per se, but better than some of the other options. Also, keep in mind what Aubrey said about actually being able to stop when you want.
hmmm not sure why you’re promoting Kegenix. ingredient list on their Keto meal sounds like pure garbage*. also the first review i found does not recommend it at all

Ben or Aubrey, thoughts on this probiotic coconut yogurt? https://thecoconutcult.com/
Looks delicious!
The fist time I heard that Aubrey wrote a book I was so sure it would be a giant commercial for onnit products ( not that there is anything wrong with that’)
I was pleasantly surprised that he left products out and good info in.
As alway Ben great interview!
What’s the link to the research for the recommendation to do exactly 6 deep breaths?
Did he seriously recommend snuff tobacco? (But it’s okay because it’s Swedish).
yep.

Two of my favorite podcasters together. Awesome.
Will get his book for sure.

That coconut yogurt link doesn’t work.
