Founded in 2009, ATP Science is the brainchild of Matthew Legge and Jeff & Toni Doidge.
In this episode, I discuss supplements, longevity, muscle gain, fat loss, training, and much, much more with Matt and Jeff.
ATP Science head scientist Matt Legge has more than a decade of experience creating formulas for well-known companies in the health supplement industry. Matt became frustrated when his formulations were constantly altered to fit in with marketing ideas or reduce manufacturing costs. Seeing a gap in the market, Matt knew if he could work at a company where people and products were placed ahead of profit he could make a real difference. Matt had a simple yet profound idea; base his formulations on science first.
Jeff and Toni Doidge were the founders of a supplement retail store that opened its doors in 2002. They believe the foundation for success is based on customer service and exceeding the customer’s expectations. With that simple strategy, focusing on the “customer first” ideology, their store became one of Australia’s most successful sports supplement retailers. Matt, Jeff, and Toni met by chance in 2009, and soon after, ATP Science was born.

HI! I’m wondering where I can score this: intranasal oxytocin spray – the amazon link doesn’t work
Hi – Candice from New Hampshire here – I am trying to figure out what key supplements I should be taking (maybe 5 or 6 tops) in my quest to age well. I am in week 7 of the Mind Valley Longevity Quest and loving it! (THANK YOU).
I started listening to your podcast and I’m inspired to supplement. Based on different podcasts I’m taking pterostilbene, reservatrol, and an NAD. I think I should add something like you mention today, for insulin regulation and maybe autophagy enhancement. My only aversion is to any algae derived pill. What would be your top 5 for a person like me (50’s, active but not athletic, wanting to age well in general)
Thanks!!
I have a ton of resources on longevity (including supplements)… I would start here: https://bengreenfieldfitness.com/article/anti-agi… And here are couple of other good ones: https://bengreenfieldfitness.com/podcast/anti-agi… https://bengreenfieldfitness.com/podcast/anti-agi… I'm also happy to dive deeper into all of this with you via a one-on-one consult. Nitro cream again?
Same Q as Frank M. Transdermal Nitro Cream. Where can I get it to try?
Mr. Greenfield, you briefly mentioned Cortigen. Are you referring to Millennium sports’ Cordygen-NanO2 ELITE?
I ask because the only other product under that name had gentamicin sulfate as its main ingredient. And as far as I know, gentamicin sulfate isn’t a peptide.
Could you put a link for Ken Weir, research, I searched but could not find any info.
Thanks

Ken Ware talks to the ATP science guys.. a good listen, would be an interesting interview for Ben to pose questions to him
Hey Ben
Just listened to a talk with Dr Mercola on the Body Electric Summit, he said he doesn’t use the JOOVV anymore because, – “It has LEDs, some flicker, magnetic field and is not analog” . I don’t know what any of that means, what are your thoughts? He uses one made by Sauna Space which is a tent.
Hey Ben, I know you’ve mentioned on a previous podcast certain scents that arouse both men and women during sex. I think one of them was ylang ylang? What are the others and is there a recommended candle or something I could buy to test out for myself? Thank you in advance!
Hey Ben
Great episode as usual. Interested in the Nighttime autophagy powder. What are the ratios of each ingredient you use and how much are you taking?
Ben, the comments on michael Roberts’ paper are intriguing. Could you possibly provide insight as to what the ATP crew are implying? I looked through the paper, and it does suggest that hypertrophy starts via expansion of the sarcoplasmic reticulum, but what is collagen’s role in this? I realize that the SR is made up of collagen, but are they saying that collagen supplementation increased the amount of SR expansion vs a non collagen group?
This is very intriguing to me, but I cant find too much on it.
Thanks.
Transdermal nitro cream link … on the amazon app it takes you to hemorrhoid cream
