Do you have questions, thoughts, or feedback for Dr. Chris Motley or me? Leave your comments below and one of us will reply!
Fantastic episode! I learned SO much! The walking didn’t bother me, actually made me laugh when I heard background noises. Felt very real. Thank you for all the notes as well, very thorough!
Which of the tests in the episode resource listing above will identify which type of diet is beneficial/harmful for an individual, such as keto, IF, carnivore, etc.?
Yes, I was hoping to see this as well. They mentioned that Dr. Motley would put something together linking genetics and types of diets.
Background sounds make it hard to listen. Besides, Ben and his guest are on a walk while talking, so you here them gasping for air during the whole talk. The information seem interesting, so check the transcript instead of listening.
Thanks for the feedback Svenja. As you know, I’m a strong proponent of life extending health practices like walking in nature and connecting with friends. Therefore, I take every opportunity within my busy schedule to engage in these practices myself. My team and I always aim to deliver the most authentic content possible and sometimes that means we record a podcast while I’m walking with a friend. While it may not sound as perfect as a studio-quality recording my hope is you’ll find the information valuable and can also understand that I’m practicing what I preach.
The walking makes for a guest that sounds like he was out of breath and poor audio quality. Gimmick fail. Sit down and give us video because the YT sucks without video.
see my response above
Please bring Dr. Motley back, he is so knowledgeable and interesting. I’m following him now. Thanks Ben.
