    I started using Braintap 4 weeks ago and then added Nucalm 3 weeks ago. Still experimenting. I sometimes do a morning Braintap session and then an afternoon Nucalm session. Are there any counterproductive or negative effects when using them both in the same day ? I know Ben has used Nucalm in the past.
