    I use the x3 workout protocol (modified and add some additional movements) and feel it is somewhat similar to Keith’s high intensity resistance training, minus the different moving patterns each session. Where can we find more info on his movement suggestions? I’m intrigued! I tried the west side barbell site but wasn’t sure how that was in line with Keith’s program.

    I’ve been on a straight diet already since 2019. No meats and plant base foods. But I would like to know the correct diet for me.
