According to my guest on today's podcast, Gary Brecka, misdiagnosis is the third leading cause of death in the country behind cardiovascular disease and cancer.

In Gary's previous career, he was not allowed to have any contact with the patient or the treating physician. So, even if he saw life-threatening medication interactions, he couldn't pick up the phone. Needless to say, this was gravely troubling.

That early career was as a mortality-modeling expert in the insurance industry, using medical records and demographic data to predict mortality (how soon someone would die) to the month.  After selling that company, he wanted to utilize the information he had gathered to help people improve their quality of life.

Leaving this career deepened Gary’s interest in blood chemistry and the longevity biomarkers found in human blood work. He then launched his obsessive and relentless pursuit of ways to improve and extend life by optimizing these bio-markers. Simply put, Gary began a worldwide search for the ultimate ways to optimize human life.

    As far as the free superhuman protocol, what would be the shortest effective duration? How many minutes in the sun, grounding and breathwork? And is there a resource about the holding breathe while doing pushups?

    Just to inform you that since listening to your podcast with Gary Brecka on gene testing, we ordered two test kits. Unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing. We ordered two test kits (over three weeks ago). We received an initial auto reply thanking us for our purchase and a link to “track our shipment status” and the status shows that the product has not been sent. We emailed them and they said they would get back to us and no one did. Then we called and actually spoke to a human being, that person said “ it wasn’t her department” and that someone would reach out to us. To date, no one has contacted us. We have since filed a dispute with our credit card company to reverse the charges and cancel the order. Very poor customer service, meanwhile I see Gary on social media traveling to Europe by private jet, hanging at the Super Bowl etc… when he should be minding the shop. I listen to your podcast because of the quality of your guests, but not this guest. Highly disappointing.
