I love the Q&A’s and your solo-casts are great. So much great information. This podcast is perfect timing since I have a client who was recently diagnose with breast cancer. What do you recommend for someone who is taking tamoxifen? Supplements ? Diet changes? Any guidance would be great. Thank you for your wisdom.
Hi Ben,
Love these informative podcasts that are full of news topics and new research. You mentioned taking an astaxanthin supplement for times of extra sun exposure. Is there a particular one you would recommend? (I checked Kion and no luck..!) Thank you! Keep the great content coming.
Love that the solo episodes full of research and QA are back. These have always been my favorites and I have been a listener for 12 years. Learned so much in this type of episode.
The indepth QA episodes are so good and practical. To be honest, I tune into these 100% of the time. Like others have said here, do more of these and keep doing them with Jay. It’s really great, complimentary chats that I can make use of!
Couple comments:
1) You should look into C60 as an internal sun protectant as well. Anecdotally, I can say it’s really moved the needle for me. Also, some smarter folks have looked into it https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24734542/
2) The solo format is great. Perhaps you can wangle Jay back for a monthly or quarterly pod though…the banter was fun and the two of you are very complimentary
I think you should also include Bengston Healing Method (bengstonresearch.com) in your list of cancer treatments. This one has been peer reviewed with many documented clinical trials for curing cancer. At least worth a mention.
Hi Ben and Colleagues!
I really enjoy the Q&A podcasts. I especially find the ‘solo-sode’ ones to be extra informative because you really delve into the topics in that format.
Thanks for the great work you do!
Ben, the Q&A’s are the best. You should definitely do these more…but it’s always fun and interesting to listen to you banter with Dr. Jay! You both have good synergy and it’s good to hear some other perspective. So I like the idea of more of these, but maybe have your cohost join a few!
Yes, this! The old way when you played listeners presumbitted questions with Jay flowed better than the live questions.
100% Agree!!!
Another agree. You and Dr. Jay when it’s not love was the best. That way you were able to dive deep in topics and ask quality questions. The live questions always seemed choppy. You and Jay should do these weekly!
Solosode! Glad you’re mixing them into the rotation again. Deep dive interviews are great, but it’s nice to get a lower key download one on one too.
Ben please make this a regular thing! I love your QA’s a lot and always get excited when you release them. HOWEVER, i never know when you are gonna be doing them, let us know the best way to catch u live
