New Discoveries

Boost Your Lipid Health with This Powerful Supplement Stack

Lipid panel results are key to unlocking a treasure trove of cardiovascular health information, guiding you toward a healthier heart.

These essential fats and fat-like substances in your body play crucial roles beyond energy storage; they’re the building blocks of your cell membranes and the precursors of vital hormones.

A lipid panel measures various lipids, including cholesterol and triglycerides. Cholesterol, for instance, comes in two main forms: low-density lipoprotein (LDL), known as “bad” cholesterol, which can clog your arteries and lead to heart disease, and high-density lipoprotein (HDL), or “good” cholesterol, which helps clear LDL from your bloodstream. A high total cholesterol level can be a red flag, signaling a potential risk for heart issues. Triglycerides, another type of fat measured in the lipid panel, are stored energy that, when elevated, can hint at underlying problems like metabolic syndrome or pancreatitis.

High LDL and triglycerides or low HDL levels can all spell trouble, pointing to an increased risk of heart attacks, heart disease, and strokes.

But don’t fret — even if you get a lipid panel done, and your numbers are high, this knowledge gives you the power to take action.

Take me, for example. About a year ago, my numbers were lit up like a Christmas tree, especially apolipoprotein B (ApoB) and lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)] risk factors, along with significantly elevated levels of unstable plaque. Yikes…

Listed below are my most recent lipid panel results, now considered “pristine.” Wondering how I achieved these changes for better heart health? Keep reading to find out!

First, I began a heart-healthy supplement stack that included the following (I also created a simple place where you can get all of this in one “heart health” stack by clicking here):

  • Biostack Regen Niacinamide: 3 capsules daily (which also supports healthy NAD levels), taken in the morning upon waking.
  • Calroy Vascanox: 2 capsules daily for nitric oxide support, taken in the morning upon waking.
  • Calroy Arterosil: 2 capsules daily for vascular support, taken in the morning upon waking.
  • Kion Omegas: 2 grams of EPA/DHA fish oil per day taken with breakfast.
  • Designs For Health Vitamin K: All three forms taken as 4 soft gels daily with breakfast (use code BEN15 for 15% off).
  • Designs For Health CoQnol: 4 daily soft gels taken with breakfast, equalling 200mg ubiquinol plus 120mg GG (learn more about it in this podcast with Barrie Tan).
  • dvelop Vitamin D: 4000 units per day, using gummies, taken with breakfast.
  • Kion Flex: 3 capsules taken before bed to manage inflammation as an alternative to plaque-dissolving nattokinase. Note that Flex was NOT designed or developed for this use and instead is for muscle soreness, but I’m using it for heart health purposes off-label.
  • Bioptimizers Magnesium Breakthrough: 5 capsules taken before bed (use code BEN10 for 10% off).

I also pulled out the BIG guns…

I receive a PCSK-9 (proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9) injection once every two weeks, covered by insurance. My physician prescribed it after reviewing my original numbers.

FYI, to make it easier for others who want to try this protocol, I have also been working behind the scenes on a heart-healthy supplement “package” that includes all the ones listed above… and even though I haven’t really made a formal announcement about it yet, it is actually now available by clicking here in case you just want to get all of the ingredients above in one simple pack.

It's important to mention: In addition to the stack described above, I also place a great deal of emphasis on getting in 10K+ steps per day, completing four or five 20 to 30-minute infrared sauna sessions per week, and doing daily breath work, meditation, and a gratitude and prayer practice.

Through lifestyle changes, medication, or the interventions listed above, you can drastically improve your lipid profile and boost your heart health, paving the way for a healthier future.

Got any questions? List them in the comments below, and I'll be sure to answer you!

Product Of The Week

::: Save 15% on Pique Tea's Nandaka Coffee Alternative (And Snag a Free Frother + Cup) :::

Looking to elevate your mornings without the rollercoaster ride of coffee?

I've got something that might just become your new favorite morning brew: Pique Tea's Nandaka (pronounced nan-duh-kuh).

It's time you start waking up to sustained energy, heightened focus, and a metabolism that's firing on all cylinders — without relying on excess caffeine and stimulants. With Nandaka, you get all of these benefits and more (minus the jitters and crashes that often come with your morning cup of joe).

Many others have made the switch from coffee to Nandaka, and let me tell you, I love the gentle energy boost, support for managing stress, and digestive improvements I've noticed.

Nandaka contains a unique combination of prebiotics, probiotics, tea, and functional mushrooms, a winning combination for busting stress and providing lasting mood support.

Made with premium ingredients, including up to 30% cacao butter for enhanced nutrient absorption, Nandaka stands out for its quality and bioavailability. Unlike other mushroom coffees, it uses fruiting body mushrooms and boasts up to 20x concentration of mushroom extracts for potent cognitive benefits. Additionally, Pique's teas undergo triple toxin screening, ensuring purity and safety.

Wondering about the taste? It's like a creamy, indulgent, spiced hot chocolate. I'm confident you'll love Nandaka, whether in the morning or as a natural afternoon pick-me-up.

Ready to experience the Nandaka difference? For a limited time, you can snag 15% off your order and receive a free rechargeable frother and cup when you follow this link.

Cheers to a better brew!

  1. H2Og8 says:

What is the purpose of (5) Bioptimizers magnesium capsules per day? Isn’t that like 2.500 mg?

I thought anything above 500 mg starts to cause diarrhea.

  2. Adam says:

Knowing that your lab work was not ideal a year ago, what do you attribute that to? In other words, were you not following Boundless principles, or if you were, are those principles faulty in some way?

    1. Genetics, years of racing really hard, plaque buildup from a crappy diet till I was 20 and age were all factors….

  3. paul byers says:

Have you done a study of the stack versus PCSK-9 shot alone? Thought in a prevouis podcast you didn’t see changes on your soft plaque with the stack only. Would be curious to see now

  4. Dan says:

Ben, can you disclose your lipid panel that was lit up? How were you able to find out about your unstable plaque? Did you get a cac scan? Can you disclose your score?

  5. Meagan says:

Hi – I heard you might also be taking a Statin and I don’t see it in the list. Let me know. Also, have you made any diet changes?

    1. Philip says:

I was wondering about this too?

  6. Laura says:

Regarding the improvements made in your lipid profile, inflammatory markers, etc. Did you have a repeat Heart Scan or some other imaging to look the amount of plaque?
