Introducing My New Masterclass For Total Life Optimization – Everything You Need To Optimize Your Life
I just started promoting my official life optimization challenge last week!
My new life optimization challenge is a comprehensive guide, based on what I’ve learned, to help you optimize your daily routine in just the way I live mine now, but customized for you, with the right priorities, in the right order, with the right fulfillment, success, and happiness.
A film crew even came to my house for the filming of this challenge, and they spent an entire week chasing me around while they captured me going through my actual routine (OK, OK, I locked the bathroom door and didn’t let them in for my coffee enema, so that’s not going to be part of my Life Optimization Challenge I guess)…and later, over 6 months, an educational team made all my teachings super easy for you to learn and implement.
Join thousands of others who are choosing total life optimization with me and learn to master your time, shape your body, connect your mind & spirit, and deepen your connections with my challenge. Sign up here before time runs out.
See you there!
P.S. In addition to my Masterclass, be sure to check out my latest Elite Coaching Program I just launched. It's a holistic journey that encompasses every aspect of your well-being. From customized nutrition guidance to biohacking, we leave no stone unturned in our quest to help you surpass your own limits. Check that out here.
Fancy Dress Shoes That Are Like Being Barefoot?
As a 40-something-year-old guy, I’ve struggled to find shoes that I can wear on fancy occasions like weddings or cocktail parties…
…that don’t leave my feet sore and aching, on top of the aches already there from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
My arches need extra support and my toes need room to splay naturally. But I also want shoes that look stylish, not clunky.
You know what I mean?
I gave up on finding the perfect pair until I discovered Free Form Shoes, which includes some fancy wingtips that are my new favorite pair of dress shoes.
After the founder spent seven years working as a physical therapist assistant and learning from experts in barefoot functionality, Free Form Shoes was born quite recently in 2020, and they've quickly become my go-to shoe.
They've crafted enough space in the shoe for the foot to take on neutral alignment and prevent the muscles and joints from being cramped due to lack of space, along with some added features that target some of the pain points of traditional dress shoes like the insole.
The result? Dress shoes, sneakers, and boots that fit like nothing I’ve worn before.
The strategically placed cushioning and support eliminate the pressure points that used to have me limping by the end of the day. The roomy toe box allows my toes to relax instead of being pinched together. And the custom orthotic provides arch support that finally takes the ache out of my morning steps.
I can’t remember the last time I had shoes that felt this comfortable right out of the box.
If you have hard-to-fit feet like me, or just find your feet aching after an evening out, do yourself a favor and try Free Form Shoes (and use code BEN for 5% off). Your feet will thank you. I’m telling all my friends with foot woes to head to Free Form Shoes and step into customized comfort.
P.S. Keep an eye out on Free Form because they're releasing women's heels later this year for the ladies. Boo-yah!

Product Of The Week
::: Improve Your Posture This Year Like I Did (And Save $200) :::
Did you know that the average 85-year-old American spends up to 280,000 hours of their lifetime sitting?
That's the equivalent of 32.6 years.
Each day, I spend 6-8 hours at my desk working (notice that I did not say “sitting” – I alternate from standing to seating to walking, etc.). Without proper support, the aftermath of all that sitting, if that’s what you do all day or some of the day, can be quite uncomfortable – perhaps you can relate. In fact, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons reports that 85% to 92% of back injuries stem from poor postures in daily life or the workplace.
The good news? There’s a simple fix.
I have never recommended an office chair… until now.
I've recently added the Anthros chair to my arsenal of ergonomically friendly work tools.
It’s hands down the best, most supportive, pelvic- and back-friendly office chair I have ever owned. The difference is palpable, not just in my lower back, but across my body – including enhanced pelvic support and reduced neck and shoulder discomfort.
Anthros is a scientifically backed ergonomic office and gaming chair (if gaming is your jam), registered by the FDA as a posture-correcting chair. It's crafted to be supremely comfortable while also enhancing posture, warding off pain, and boosting productivity. While I still alternate from seated to standing to leaning to walking while at my desk, when I’m sitting, I’m using the Anthros chair, and it’s a game-changer.
Tailored for versatility, its adjustments cater to every user's profile, whether you’re a gamer, an office employee, or anyone who…well, sits.
And now, you can get a special offer on your order of the Anthros chair, courtesy of their fantastic team.
All orders come with over $400 worth of free items: personalized setup from a posture specialist, a “get out of pain” video series, a “Fix Your Sit” guidebook, and access to the Owners Group.
Click here to schedule a free consult with a licensed therapist and grab your Anthros chair (plus your free goodies) and use code BEN for $200 off your order.

Asking A Quick Favor About My New Book Boundless Parenting: Tools, Tactics & Habits of Great Parents.
As you may know, in February of this year I released Boundless Parenting: a labor of love made up of interviews with some of the most incredible parents on the planet and their combined wisdom.
This book is designed to be a guide to, well, guiding your child in a world where navigating the act of raising a family has become a lost art.
The interviews in Boundless Parenting range from Bryan Johnson of Blueprint to my friends Dr. Dan and Merily Pompa, and many, many more. The text is chock full of all sorts of tools and tactics, from teaching your kids how to fast (and when it would be appropriate) to the ways Jessa and I have invested in the Greenfield family legacy. It has everything you need to go from lost-puppy-without-a-clue to grade-A super parent, and also has plenty of wisdom and actionable information for well-seasoned parents.
Now Boundless Parenting is available as the ultimate audio experience, as each chapter's narration comes not just from me and my wife Jessa, but also from each contributing parent's voice.
That’s right, you get to hear each parent read their chapter from their own perspective, making this audiobook come to life.
The parents, including my very own mom, my dad, myself, my wife, and many other models of practical parenting wisdom, delve into the fascinating realms of education, discipline, parenting, legacy, and so much more with specifics like:
- The best methods for developing lifelong immunity, cellular resilience, mental toughness, and overall health in a child
- How to manage your time, deal with overwhelm, care for yourself, and maintain high levels of productivity and health while raising children
- Family mission statements to family brands, traditions, and routines that foster pride and a strong identity in children
- Parents like Naveen Jain reveal how anyone can start a non-profit for their child for generational wealth building
- The crazy, controversial primal secrets of “tiger dad” parents like The Liver King and Joe Desena
- Lenore Skenazy on why she's America's Worst Mom (and why you should be too!)
- Joseph Anew and Emilia Run's advice on respectful parenting, slowing down, and controversial topics like co-sleeping
- Angie Fletcher on the intriguing traditions she began with her oldest child as a single, divorced mother
- My own parents Gary and Pat Greenfield on how they raised me and my 4 siblings to approach the world in a far different, outside-the-box way compared to other kids
- And much more!
I’ve even included a sneak peek just for you in a podcast I recorded, so you can start learning right here, right now!
Listen to me go over my love and logic parenting philosophy, how Boundless Parenting came to be, and other sections directly from the book.
Because parenting isn’t something you have to do alone. Remember the saying “It takes a village”?
So here's the favor: Listen to the sneak peek and if it strikes your fancy, let my book and the incredible parents in it be your village. Check out the audiobook release of Boundless Parenting here.
