It's Tuesday!  Here's another sneak peek on some quick and dirty fitness tips from Get-Fit Guy.

Each week, over at the Quick & Dirty Tips Network, I produce a free, easy-to-read article, accompanied by a short 5-10 minute audio version of that article. Everything there is focused on the latest fitness research, exercise news, and quick and highly practical muscle gain, fat loss and physical performance tips. It’s called “The Get-Fit Guy’s Quick & Dirty Tips To Slim Down & Shape Up”.

Here's your sneak peek from this week's episode “Six Tools To Turn Your Home Into A Mini-Gym

I’m often asked my secrets to staying extremely fit despite being a busy working family man with plenty of hobbies other than pumping iron or running on a treadmill. Fact is, if you glance around my house, you’ll quickly realize that I’ve “hacked my environment” to allow me to stay as fit as possible without actually stepping foot into a gym. Sure, I have the type of home gym I describe in this episode but my philosophy is that a workout at the beginning or the end of the day should be the optional “icing on the cake” for mini-movement snacks you’ve been taking quick breaks to squeeze in all day long.

So in today’s episode, you’re going to discover six tools you can use to transform your home into a full-time fitness facility that keeps you burning calories and building muscle all day long, without getting bored doing, say, burpees, body-weight push-ups and body-weight squats!

    Hey there Ben!

I recently discovered this other podcast you do. Love the short format.

It’s a bit of a search to find the website with the show notes but I managed to find it ;-)

The first show number is 322???

    1. No, the first show is #1 ;) However, some of my podcasts get retired into premium access only.

Great tips, Ben! I’ve got a kettlebell but never thought about gymnastic rings or a yoga trapeze before! Awesome ideas though :)
