Is there a specific app that you use to track for meals, supplements, light exposure associated with the oura ring sleep scores? Or is it a manual spreadsheet? Are you able to track everything through the Oura app.

I want to purchase a continous blood glucose monitoring device in the UK, does anyone know if they exist here? also does a company like InsideTracker exist in the UK? A lot of good info on this podcast, will listen agian, although you would needs thousands of pounds to buy all the equipment.

Thank you, this was an excellent discussion and with valuable information, especially the emphasis on a healthy lifestyle and not only on food and diets. I like the honesty and openness of the people I listen to on your podcasts, they create a cozy feeling rather than an educational one. It’s lovely.
It will be great if you can have a podcast, or suggestions/advice/recommendations for people who have different bodies, ages, and metabolism. For example, people with low metabolism that feel heavy and have difficulties of energy, for women after birth, for older people who only start and don’t know how to slowly shift their eating habits and lifestyle.
Great podcast from the two biohackers who have added the most to my daily routine to date – now have a few additions to try out after the great level of detail in this episode.

Best thing I can recommend for getting mercury out of the brain, is DMSO & green Propolis (10:1 by vol)
Currently doing a 3-month cycle with 1 tbsp morning and evening on an empty stomach also great for the microbiome.
