Tim Gray is the UK’s Leading Biohacker and Founder of the Health Optimisation Summit (use code BEN to save 20%). As a psychology specialist and a successful businessman, Tim founded and invested in multiple 6-figure businesses, including digital marketing agencies and London’s first private Hyperbaric Oxygen Clinic.

Tim Gray is known for his detailed tracking of more than 35+ biomarkers per day, is frequently in the mainstream media regarding practical, trackable, and immediately apply-able health hacks, and is featured on over 30 podcasts a year.

After years spent self-healing his body from chronic health conditions through biohacking alone, Tim Gray embarked on a mission to educate and empower the masses. As such, he created the Health Optimisation Summit, Europe’s largest health conference that showcases the best speakers from the health, biohacking, fitness, longevity, nutrition, functional, and preventative medicine spaces (including yours truly) in order to provide people with the knowledge, tools, and resources to take their own health and performance to the next level.

During our discussion, a two-parter including both my interview with Tim and his follow-up solosode, you'll discover:

  • Tim set up a clinic for personal use, found there was a legit demand for it
  • Eventually sold his shares in prior businesses because of conflicting lifestyles

Thank you, this was an excellent discussion and with valuable information, especially the emphasis on a healthy lifestyle and not only on food and diets. I like the honesty and openness of the people I listen to on your podcasts, they create a cozy feeling rather than an educational one. It’s lovely.

It will be great if you can have a podcast, or suggestions/advice/recommendations for people who have different bodies, ages, and metabolism. For example, people with low metabolism that feel heavy and have difficulties of energy, for women after birth, for older people who only start and don’t know how to slowly shift their eating habits and lifestyle.

Great podcast from the two biohackers who have added the most to my daily routine to date – now have a few additions to try out after the great level of detail in this episode.

Have booked my ticket for the Summit in London after a reminder from this episode to get a ticket before they ran out.

? for Tim – Which brand are you using for TMG the one you have a link to on Amazon is not in stock and it was implied in the podcast that you took one supplement that covered TMG, B12 and methylfolate. Was also interested in the Saw Palmetto brand as well as I have tried this supplement before without any perceived effect.

Currently doing a 3-month cycle with 1 tbsp morning and evening on an empty stomach also great for the microbiome.
