Hi Ben, I have questions about Dr Davis’ Sibo Yogurt and the Oregano protocol, I think I could benefit from both.
1. Should they be separated or could I do both in the same 4weeks?
2. You mention a dropper full of oregano oil. The link you have in the notes is a 7:1 dilution of Oregano oil. If you were to use a Young Living Essential oil what would be the dose 3x a day?
3. I happen to have a bottle of masszymes and NOW serrapetase( 60k), how many Mass would you take 3x a day? and would the sarrapetase help in addition? If so how many would you use?
Last question: do you have an end all recommendation for Leaky gut/ Sibo digestive issues? You’ve had so many guests come talk about every thing from MediClear-sgs elemental diet 30 day reset, to Joel Greene’s apple peels to Dr Davis’ yogurt, and just recently LVLup and their new ultimate GI repair, and on and on. I’m guessing you’ve tried them all? Which worked best? Do you still have a princess Gut, as you’ve said many times?
Thanks so much. Long time listener.
Another wonderful podcast. Thank you! I really appreciated the specificity of how to make the mediterranean diet modifications work for those of us with a sensitive GI tract.
