Ben, the dose of Rapamycin for longevity purposes in not 5mg a day, its taken on a WEEKLY or bi weekly basis. most people take 6 to 8 mgs once a week. It’s only prescribed on a daily dose for organ transplant patients.
Yes, sorry I meant 5mg/wk, which is what I am now doing.
Curious question, Ben, do you take Rapamycin continually or do you use on and off periods like 12 weeks on and 6 weeks off. The reason I’m asking is that I would like to add you to this list of longevity leaders who takes Rapamycin.
