New Discoveries Of The Week: Cool New Things I'm Trying, Books I'm Reading, And More!
Stoked. Just got my new threads and my upgraded new wardrobe for this year from my latest favorite discovery: a men’s luxury clothing company called “Spiritual Narcissist,” which my friend Austin Floyd just launched @spiritual.narcissist.
This stuff is all made from TENCEL fibers, which are derived from sustainably sourced, renewable raw-material wood and produced via environmentally responsible processes. TENCEL is defining a new standard of sustainability and comfort with long-lasting softness, incredible color retention, and phenomenal breathability.
They also use Modal, an eco-friendly alternative to viscose and cotton which, like TENCEL, is sourced from responsibly cultivated tree fibers with no harmful chemicals. Modal is a semi-synthetic fiber known for its breathability, absorbability, and sustainability.
Spiritual Narcissist also uses organically grown cotton and are actively working toward using only regeneratively farmed organic cotton, and they are also currently developing yarn made from locally cultivated Hemp to aid ourselves and other fabric producers in producing the ultimate eco-friendly fabrics.
Fellas, if you want to give it a try, or ladies, if you want to introduce some guys in your life to this brand, you can get yours here and use code BEN22 for a sweet 22% off. I am absolutely loving it.
My Blood Biomarkers: 3 Months Later
Back in February, I shared the results of a cool test that I took that provides information about cellular health and longevity. The ProdromeScan—created by Dr. Dayan Goodenowe of Prodrome Sciences after more than 15 years of research—is a comprehensive, at-home blood test that measures hundreds of biomarkers and key biochemical systems critical for optimal health.
Through the measurement of tiny molecules called plasmalogens, the ProdromeScan takes an in-depth look at the functioning of the primary biochemical systems and the body’s levels of the biochemicals made by these systems. The ProdromeScan is the only test out there that evaluates plasmalogens, which are a vital component of our physical and mental health. Plasmalogen depletion is also a key negative feature of aging.
The ProdromeScan blood test compiles the results of the functioning of validated and critical biochemical systems to provide information to move beyond the focus of disease towards true health and vitality by taking a proactive, rather than a reactive, approach.
I recently did a follow-up ProdromeScan, three months after my original panel, and I wanted to share the results. During that window of time, I took ProdromeNeuro, a biochemical plasmalogen supplement designed to restore, maintain, and optimize neuron membranes and to create a biochemical reserve of critical membrane building material for neuron membrane repair when needed.
Here’s a look at the outcome of that second scan. In the video, Dr. Goodenowe walks through a fascinating side-by-side comparison of the biomarkers and biochemical systems before and after my supplementation:
Now, I know it's a lot of detail, but the information that ProdromeScan collects is like a gold mine for understanding and optimizing your cellular health.
If you want to do your own ProdromeScan, which I highly recommend, you can get a kit sent to your home for a hefty 15% off with code BEN15 here.

::: Get $5 Off A Healthy Cereal Variety Pack :::
Meet the healthy cereal that tastes too good to be true.
Magic Spoon is the best way to fuel up on the most important meal of the day. Their cereals have 14g of protein, 0g of sugar, and most importantly, taste delicious.
Greg and Gabi, the co-founders of Magic Spoon, searched for years for a healthy cereal with the same addictive quality as those sugar/corn bombs they loved as kids, but nothing fit the bill.
Plus, as they learned more about the cereal industry, they were shocked by the true scope of the problem. The average American eats 100 bowls of cereal a year and kids are one of the largest consumers. Yet almost every version in the aisle is stuck in that old paradigm of grains, GMOs, and sugar.
Greg and Gabi experimented for over a year to create a cereal inspired by the flavors and nostalgia of Saturday-morning-cartoon cereal but upgraded for a 21st-century consumer. A guilt-free treat that tastes like you remember and you can eat at any time of day.
Magic Spoon's Variety Pack comes with 4 best-selling flavors that will bring you right back to childhood (like Cocoa, Frosted, Fruity, and Peanut Butter), and you can use code BENGREENFIELD here to get $5 off!

Featured Product: Kion Creatine
Nothing beats Creatine for boosting athletic performance. But it isn’t just for bodybuilders.
Because creatine is an essential nutrient, vegans, vegetarians and older adults can benefit from it, too.
Plant-based eaters often miss out on creatine since most sources are found in animal products. Adding creatine to a plant-based diet has been shown to improve working memory and intelligence in vegans and vegetarians.
Additionally, fatigue and muscle loss are unfortunate realities of aging that many older adults struggle with. Creatine has been shown to increase muscle mass and support fatigue resistance in older adults.
Kion Creatine has your back. It’s 95% bioavailable and provides the recommended dose for taking your physical and mental performance to the next level.
