New Discoveries Of The Week: Cool New Things I'm Trying, Books I'm Reading, And More!
– *Ahem* – Guys: A New Way To Get Rid Of Premature Ejaculation
I was with my friend Dr. Judson Brandeis four weeks ago, and he leaned in and whispered to me… “Dude, I’ve figured out a way to hack premature ejaculation.” Turns out he had developed a proprietary blend of St. John’s wort and L-Citrulline called PreLONG (I’m still laughing at the name). St John’s wort (Hypericum Perforatum) has been shown in multiple clinical studies to improve premature ejaculation. L-Citrulline has potent nitric oxide (NO) boosting properties which can improve blood flow—especially to the penis. Dr. Brandeis has been giving this to his patients to help them perform longer and stronger during their sexual experience and now you can get it too and save 10% with discount code: BENGPRELONG here. Hope your ladies thank me, fellas.
– My New Addictively Good Fermented Pesto Recipe
Here’s a simple kitchen trick that'll give your pesto it’s unique cheesy, “umami” flavor without the parmesan cheese: fermentation.
For this Fermented Nettle-Walnut Pesto recipe, I harvested 8 cups of fresh nettle from my backyard, then put it into a glass mason jar with salt, water and 4oz of leftover brine from an empty pickle jar. I then let it sit on the kitchen counter for 14 days to ferment (nettle takes a bit longer to ferment because it’s lower in natural lactobacilli compared to, say, a cucumber for pickles). Once the fermentation was complete I prepared the pesto as follows:
Into food processor, combine:
– Fermented nettle
– 2 cups walnuts
– 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
– 1 tablespoon sea salt (not necessary, but if you want a bit of extra salt kick, do it)
– 1 tablespoon ground pepper
– Zest of one lemon
Blend for about 60 seconds, until texture is thick and clumpy, but not “runny.” This stuff tastes FABULOUS – I love it with ribeye steak, salmon, or simply on a rice cracker with a bit of fresh tomato. Give it a try and let me know what you think!

::: Discover How To Shave Years Off Your Biological Age For Free :::
Taking a “Telomere Test” (which accurately measures your biological age) at 34 was one of my biggest wake-up calls about the state of my body and my health.
The test revealed my biological age was far different than my chronological age. i.e. I was aging way faster than I expected.
But then after years of diving into the science of longevity, and relentless self-experimentation, I managed to shave off 17 years off my biological age. And in this Mindvalley Masterclass, I’m going to show you some of the biohacks I used to do it.
::: Get The Same Cardio Benefits Of A 45-minute Jog In Under 9 Minutes :::
According to a recent study, extremely brief spurts (I mean, very brief, as in 10-20 seconds) performed during a quick 10 minute a day workout achieved superior health and cardiovascular benefits than a long, boring, steady-state workout.
Enter the CAR.O.L bike.
Standing for CARdiovascular Optimization Logic, CAR.O.L is an AI-powered, interactive exercise bike with self-learning algorithms that took four years to program. This thing is clinically proven to give you the same cardio benefits of a 45-minute jog in under 9 minutes, with only 40 seconds of hard work.
It’s incredibly convenient, and better yet, no sweat at the office…so you can just get on and get off during one of your “Pomodoro” breaks. You can click here to get the bike and use code: GREENFIELD for $150 off.

Featured Product: Kion Bar
One of my favorite things to grab when I'm traveling, running out the door for a long hike or adventure, or when I'm just hankerin' for a delicious chocolatey snack, is the Kion Bar.
This bar is something I formulated specifically for active individuals who need a clean, real-food source of energy on the go. It's hypoallergenic and guilt-free, and jam-packed with a unique blend of ingredients that support energy without excess carbohydrates or artificial ingredients. Chia seeds, almonds, coconut, and cacao nibs also give it an amazing crunch and texture that's much more satisfying to eat than the gooey mash that makes up your average energy bar.
And if you're looking for a more “indulgent” way to eat these things, try them with a piping hot cup of coffee—or my favorite—crumbled on top of some Oatmeal Cookie Halo Top ice cream. Bon appetit.
