My Latest Fascinating Discoveries: Cool New Things I'm Trying, Books I'm Reading, And More!

My Supernerd Friend Wrote This New Brain Biohacking Book

Your brain is the primary source of your energy, emotions, and behavior.

This is why I have devoted many, many articles and podcasts to brain health. I also dedicated three full chapters to brain health (and talk about it plenty in other chapters) in my book Boundless.

Anyways, a couple of my friends just finished writing a new book called The Biohacker’s Brain Nutrition Guide, which covers everything you need to know about nourishing your brain for optimal health and performance.

This comprehensive guide, written by my friend, Finnish supernerd and health author Dr. Olli Sovijärvi, MD, along with a neuropsychologist named Inka Land, details the best foods to eat for brain health, the role of supplements in brain nutrition, and how to create a healthy lifestyle that supports your cognitive function.

Even if you don't consider yourself a “biohacker,” learning to feed your brain properly will help you focus at work, have more energy to do the things you love or start a new hobby, and improve your general mood.

The book has 160+ pages of research-based, practical, applicable information about:

  • Gut, neurotransmitters, and the vagus nerve
  • The blood-brain barrier and nutrient transportation to the brain
  • Different types of brain food categories
  • Top 10 brain foods
  • Neuroprotective herbs & foods
  • Antidepressant foods
  • Essential micronutrients for brain health & cognitive functions
  • Five most important links between the brain and the gut
  • And much more!

I highly recommend this thing as a complete resource for taking care of what I consider the most important organ in your body. The Biohacker’s Brian Nutrition Guide is on sale right now for €24,95, which is around $24 U.S. currency. Click here to start reading it today.

My Favorite Meditation App (A Decade In The Making)

If you search for “meditation” in the app store, you will get a million results.

Well, maybe not a million…I don't know the real number, but it's a heck of a lot.

It's not surprising that meditation apps have taken off in recent years. They're pretty handy, particularly if you're new to meditating. My favorite meditation app right now is called Synctuition, and with an average rating of nearly five perfect stars, Synctuition is also quickly becoming the world's most popular meditation download.

Synctuition is unlike any other meditation app out there because it uses binaural beats and 3D sounds to take you on a journey into your subconscious. It's designed to help you reach a state of deep relaxation, where you can access your innermost thoughts and feelings. When you download Synctuition, you receive access to 13,000+ natural sounds and 100+ different meditation journeys. Hundreds of musicians and sound engineers worked for more than a decade to develop the immersive sound journeys.

I've felt significant mental and physical rejuvenation after 25 minutes with Synctuition daily. That's all it takes, even though I'm kind of addicted to it right now, so I've been doing it twice a day!

So if you're looking for a meditation app to help you relax, de-stress, and improve your focus and concentration, and you want to avoid sifting through seemingly unending search results, download Synctuition here.

Product Of The Week:

::: Save Up To 50-65% On A Supplement That Supports The Aging Process :::

A couple months ago, I explained what a “senolytic” is…

…but there was a problem.

First off (to clarify), a senolytic is an ingredient that helps the body rid itself of old, defective senescent cells (sometimes called zombie cells).

Evidence suggests that supplementing with senolytic ingredients just a couple of times a month does wonders for supporting the human aging process, and I highly recommend it.

The problem is, I recommended a new formula so perfect for senolytic supplementation that it sold out in like three weeks!

So many of you couldn’t order it.

The good news is it’s back in stock!

Qualia Senolytic combines 9 of the most research-supported senolytic ingredients available, including Fisetin, Piperlongumine, and Quercefit.

Click here to try Qualia Senolytic for up to 50% off before the next batch goes on backorder. And code SENOBEN at checkout scores you an extra 15% off.

Kion supplements are bad for health, at least mostly. I’m not sure I’m familiar with all of them, but one shouldn’t take synthetic supplements.
