New Discoveries Of The Week: Cool New Things I'm Trying, Books I'm Reading, And More!
-Book: In my recent Facebook LIVE tour of my bedroom, several of you commented on the “relationship” book on my nightstand: The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work: A Practical Guide from the Country's Foremost Relationship Expert. My wife and I are working through it right now, and it is nothing short of astounding in terms of how close it's brought us together emotionally and spiritually. This dude John Gottmann runs a “Marriage Lab” in Seattle and can predict divorce rates with over 90% accuracy, and, better yet, ensure quite efficiently that doesn't happen by following the principles in his book. If you're married or thinking of it, I can't recommend this book highly enough.
-Supplement: On February 2nd, I'm releasing a podcast entitled “The 30 Year Old Scientist Phenom Who Runs a 2:30 Marathon, Deadlifts 420 Pounds & Drinks Hydrogen Enriched Water”. In that show, my guest Tyler Lebaron and I discuss molecular hydrogen, (H2). Also known as diatomic hydrogen, it is a tasteless, odorless, flammable gas. Over 500 peer-reviewed articles have demonstrated hydrogen to have therapeutic potential in essentially every organ of the human body and in 150 different human disease models.
