New Discoveries Of The Week: Cool New Things I'm Trying, Books I'm Reading, And More!
The New Greenfield Family Logo & Legacy We've Been Building Behind The Scenes
When it comes to passing on important family values and beliefs to future generations, I firmly believe that family traditions are the powerful legacy-building tool in a parent’s toolbox. Traditions, habits, rituals and routines are the glue that stick, the threads that bind and the clasps that hold a family together through the best and worst of times.
As our family discussed in the recent podcast “The Official Greenfield Family Q&A Podcast: Parenting, Cooking, Traditions, Legacy-Building, Family Game Nights & More!,” we recently worked with the wonderful Rich Christiansen of Legado Family Founder (use code BEN40 to save 40%), who specializes in helping families identify their core values, then create memorabilia, traditions, rituals, routines, comings and goings all based around those values.
As a result, our family not only now has a “Greenfield Family Playbook” which is a guide that we can pass on to future generations in which all our values and traditions are listed, but we also have a family mission statement, a family crest being designed to hang above our fireplace, a family logo we can print on hats, shirts, mugs, and stickers, and even individual spirit animals and colors for each member of our family.
If you're not already weaving traditions, rituals, routines and an emphasis on legacy into your own family, I encourage you to do so, with or without the help of a professional. It's been a transformative process that will impact the Greenfield family for generations. For more on the Greenfield family's comings and goings, you can also check out GoGreenfields.com here!
My Two Morning Go-To Spiritual Guidebooks
These are my two spiritual guides of late that seem to go together like turkey and cranberry (or, I suppose, since the Thanksgiving holiday is past and Christmas is now around the corner, prime rib and horseradish).
For the devotional “My Utmost For His Highest,” I read the devotional each day, and then I write down the Bible truth that I discovered from the corresponding Bible passage of that day, along with how it applies to my personal life. There are handy notes in the margins of the journals to do just that.
I do this practice within an hour of waking, then head upstairs from my office/basement to gather the family for our Spiritual Disciplines journaling and family meditation. Man oh man is this an amazing way to start each day!

::: Skip The Waitlist To Try Out Revolutionary Glucose Monitoring System :::
The whole health and fitness world is talking about glucose these days and for good reason. Poor glucose control is tied to weight gain, fatigue, sexual dysfunction, diabetes, Alzheimer's, heart disease, stroke, and more.
But how do we track our glucose, so we can find out how our lifestyle affects our health?
This is where Levels comes in. The Levels membership provides access to continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), at-home blood testing, and expert coaching to help members improve their health and metabolic fitness.
In addition to making it easy to get a CGM through their website, they provide an app that interprets your data for you, scores your meal and lifestyle choices, and allows you to run experiments across different inputs like diet, exercise, and recovery techniques.
I've been using Levels for over a year now, and it has made a significant difference in the way I track glucose data, as it relates to my diet and fitness.
I regard glycemic variability (which is exactly what these CGMs track) and inflammation (which is a bit more difficult to measure as it typically requires a visit to a lab) to be my top two key biomarkers for health and longevity. My use of a CGM has given me some very valuable data on how my body responds to certain foods, supplements, exercises, lifestyle practices, and even emotions.

Introducing My New Training Program!
This week, I announced I will be launching my new training program, Boundless, exclusively on the Ladder app. With my program, I will provide you with my own personal training plan every week, including 5 Tabata/bodyweight sessions, 1 active recovery session, and 1 day dedicated to “biohacking.”
This is the next best thing to training with me in person and at an incredible rate. In addition to programming, you’ll get access to a community of individuals who will also help hold you accountable.
So no more guessing. No more planning. No more excuses. Boundless will take care of all of that for you. We begin training together as a team on Monday, September 20th. To secure your spot, join my waitlist and you’ll get your first week of training FREE.
I Want To Know What You've Got Cooking
I'm so stoked about the positive feedback I've been getting about my new Boundless Cookbook. The cookbook was a labor of love, but I'm really proud of the end result (especially considering I'm definitely not a trained chef).
Now that the Boundless Cookbook is available on Amazon, I have a favor to ask…
If you have the cookbook and you love it, can you hop on over to Amazon and leave a review? Amazon reviews—as I bet you know—are super important. I want your honest feedback and I'll be reading them to hear what you think.
You can leave your review on Amazon right here (and if you don't have a cookbook yet, and you're an Amazon Prime member, you could have your copy at your doorstep as early as tomorrow).
Kion Product Of The Week: Kion Omega—TLC For Heart Health, Brain Function, And Recovery
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential to your well-being. They support heart health, brain function, athletic recovery, and more. The only question is…are you getting enough.
If you’re not eating at least two servings of fatty fish a week, you're likely deficient in these crucial fats. But no need to stock up on the canned tuna. Simply supplementing with a high-quality fish oil can provide you with health-promoting omega-3s at a fraction of the cost.
Kion Omega is a concentrated, pure fish oil supplement that provides over 200% of your daily omega-3 recommendations in one serving. It's made from sustainably sourced cold-water anchovies and is naturally preserved with antioxidants. Kion Omega's triglyceride form provides up to 70% more absorption than other forms of fish oil.
*The FDA hasn't evaluated these statements. Kion products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
